It definitely sounds like it to me! I had a little reg Gatorade today & my heart started racing....I probably freaked myself out!? I just can't do all that fake crap! So I was concerned for you cause I just read all the symptoms today!

I have two bottles of Smartwater with electrolytes. In addition to all the Water from earlier.

Was that your 1st time with reg. sugar?

I am not sure if that would be considered dumping. There is something else that we get when we eat something with fat and sugar. I can't think of what it's called, but basically, too much sugar too fast because things move out of our stomachs quickly due to the size.
