  1. I love this as well, TexasMiss I have my own fantasies of participating in a 5K with a shirt that reads, I lost xxx lbs, I smoked for 30 years and quit, I have had a heart attack and survived....
  2. In my Bible study group the monthly breakfast parties are always sweets and more sweets, and then in April it was one of the womens turns, and she brought in hard boiled eggs, melon, strawberries, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, whole wheat mini bagels, fat free cream cheese.... it was so good, we talked about how much better we all felt and no one missed the goodies.... oh and she brought greek yogurt too, she set a new bar for all of us.
  3. Excuse me, did I write this, oh wait no, you wrote this, weird...... we even have the same surgery date. Only you are at a much better starting weight than I.... so happy for you.
