  6. I eat mostly all solids but when I go out to eat with family I usually have soup or something soft. My reasoning is they all eat so fast if I try to keep up I get sick. Also I don't always have a say where we go so I tell them to make sure restaurants have soup options in case they don't have anything else for me. I don't see anything wrong with this and it is not often. I see more and more people advocating solids and it makes me really happy.

I have water bottles by my bed. By the time I get out of bed I usually have drank around 40 ounces. I am a true believer that I should drink 64 oz before i drink any other type of drink. My go to lately as been low calorie gatorade. I put it in the freezer for a while and then shake it up and its like a tasty slushy. I know gatorade has 40 clalories per 16 oz bottle but with my calorie intake I am not really worried about it.

My sister in law had the same problem and they finally diagnosed her with some type of hormone problem. She had to take shots throughout all her pregnancies. It was really hard for her because she is tiny and taking the shots were hard but she had 3 beautiful angels. Don't give up. Maybe see a different doctor? Wish you the best success and happiness.
  12. Great job taking ownership and finding answers. I ate cottage cheese once and knew it was not anything that could carry me to the next meal When I eat I think bulk. I eat lots of chicken, tuna, beans, veggie burgers. I dont like to drink my calories or use them on bars. I also like veggies and hummus roasted or fresh. Good luck!
  13. Wow you have a lot on your plate. Good for you making sure you have time to take care of yourself. I do volunteer work for m hobby. I am sure you will find something that works for you. Good Luck.
  14. You are wonderful. I understand how dificult your journey has been and how unforgiving those meds can be. When you are feeling its too hard reread your blog. it is inspiring!
