  1. Hey now... We're still young. We can do whatever we want without consequence! haha. If only, right? lol. I miss you! How are you doing nowadays???
  2. Yeah, we've gone over this already, but have you ever considered an affair? lmao. jk. You look awesome!!!!!
  3. Playing the devil's advocate, TECHNICALLY everything is chemically based. However, it plagues me because how would they ACCURATELY enhance flavors......YARG
  4. See, here's the thing. I like to be really nit picky about it, so I count just about everything. Also, I would go over why I say this again, but Jacqui would yell at me again (juuuuust kidding. haha). At any rate, High Protein, low carb diets are incomparable in physical health benefits on JUST about anyone. Atkins is a little hardcore for me, so I would go with South Beach if I were you. It's very well rounded and has a great philosophy. Good luck! Oh, and I would start exercising. You can't argue with the effectiveness of the fitness.:smile2:
  5. I'm all about trying crazy foods, but something about me being a guy tells me that I probably couldn't pull it off. Oh and the myth is true, we do get mini-empathy pains when we see a guy get kicked in the balls. lol.
  6. Godzilla would get translated to katakana, so it would sound something like go -zee-ra. Aside from that, I'll see if I can translate it. :smile2: Oh, and Bree! Genki desu ka?
  7. I guarantee that if you do a search on this, you'll find a HUGE result of related, if not identical questions...
  8. Stab in the dark, I know, but you get bored sometimes... That, work sucks, I'm hungry, and I don't have enough money to go food shopping. Ish.
  9. Okay, do me a quick favor and find me a link to the study. Find out what kind of study it was, how long it was taken over, and how big the sample was. Please don't take this as me trying to make you look like an idiot because I'm sure you're not. You have to learn, though, that there are a lot things that you need to know before giving something like this a benefit of the doubt. If you do some research on the laws of supplements, you'll find that they can pretty much label their products however they would like and advertise them in much the same manner. The FDA has a very long, tedious, and trying process to get things approved in, so for a supplement to take the initiative to do that, it is easier to be trusted. Make sense? Fantastic. Have a good night.
  10. Kyou wa totemo tsumarania. Shigoto wa amari isogashikunai desu. Shigoto no ato, watashi wa uchi ni kaerimasu. Sugoi! (Today is very boring. Work is really not busy. After work, I'm going home. Great!)
  11. Just get that frozen seafood mix that has calamari, shrimp, and scallops. All you have to do is throw some Cajun seasoning on it and it will rock your world. Plus, it is SO low calorie and high protein. Ohhhhh yeah. <3 Trader Joe's
  12. *cough* Konnichiwa *cough*
  13. Make no mistake. I completely agree with you and you have every right to be paranoid of a lot of stuff they put in this crap. My point was that PROVIDING that these chemicals actually are harmless, this is just a seemingly useless fad diet and if on this fad diet, it motivates someone to drop a ton of weight, good for them.
  14. I'm a Japanese car salesman trying to get you to buy cars from Japan and send them to America! :tt1: I'm just a student! DON'T HATE ME!!!!!! My major is pre-physiology, but my minor is Japanese, so I have to get SOME practice in. haha.
  15. hajimemashite! watashi wa john desu. yoroshiku onegaishimasu. do you speak japanese???? yay! TUTOR!!!!!!!!!! haha. Ja, mata!
  16. Konnichi-wa, mine-san! Kyou wa chottou ii desu yo. Demo, kono asa watashi wa totemo ungaku shimashita kara, ima chottou nemui desu. (Hello, everyone! Today is pretty good, but I worked out hard this morning, so I'm a little tired) Sorry if this annoys anyone. I'm taking Japanese 101 and 102 this summer and I need to just practice getting out random sentences as much as humanly possible. :tt1: Thanks for putting up with me! Talk to me if you want and I'll answer in Japanese and English! Help a poor student practice! hahahaha.
  17. こんにちわみなさん!
  18. You know, I would love to just rip this diet a new rear end and yes, anything physiological that this diet claims is complete bullcrap. HOWEVER, some of the CRAPPIEST, relatively healthy fad diets ever invented worked for some people. Why is that? Because they made the people believe that they would work so they changed their exercise routines and dropped their caloric intake. So, yes, this diet is crap, but if someone wants a diet to work, they will make it work.
  19. First of all, you are my hero. I wish I could get sick of chewing... hahahaha. Second of all, I agree with everything OP said........aside from my seemingly annoying obsession with high protein/low carb bit. Sort of, that is. It seems to be working for me. What can I say? Meh. haha.
  20. Okay, so you said you wanted a guy's perspective and you just happen to be lucky because not only am I a guy, but I'm from Arizona, so I know what guys around here like! My gosh! hahahaha. Seriously, though, you have to remember that identical symmetry and plastic looking breasts are NOT always attractive. Yours, however, have the "John" seal of approval and a half. *thumbs up*
  21. I can drink if I want to, but I really don't like to drink that much. Now, lately, I have been a bad monkey, but that doesn't change what I usually do. Oh, and the thing that does the best for me is red bull and vodka. A couple of those and I'm good for the night. :tt1:
  22. Yeah, I have a lower sex drive, but even though it may have something do to with weight loss, I'm almost certain it is because my view on life is a bit different. I was always told as a kid that getting a girl pregnant by accident is the end of your life, so growing up, the thought of having sex was out of the question. I did lose my virginity at 18, but I can still count on two hands how many times it has happened since then. haha. Oh, and since I haven't yet gotten into medical school, not much sex is sought after. haha.
  23. Same here. I was a bit dehydrated for a few days, but after that, I was good to go. :tt1:
  24. I can do anything like this is if it is during the week in the next two weeks until the end of May, but I work weekends and my summer school classes start May 27th. I hope you had fun!
  25. Even ignoring the fact that I agree with you 15000%, what is so remarkably difficult and apparently nearly impossible about just using proper English normally? It bugs the living crap out of me... I can't take anyone even remotely seriously when it's not typed out properly. Maybe it's just me and I'm nit-picky about this, but come on... haha.
