  8. Honestly I would hope if the insurance pays for the surgery they will cover the fills. I have blue care network they cover everything I just pay a $10 co-pay each visit (thank GOD). Check the insurance company's web site for more info. Good luck

  11. I have BCN. My doc says if you loose 100 lbs they would cover a tummy tuck. Check the website it will let you know if they will and under what circumstances. Good luck
  12. My doc let me do two shakes per day and a healthy choice or lean cusine for dinner. Not bad at all. I started early to get use to it and was able to survive. Good luck
  13. Please don't be so hard on yourself, just take one day at a time and stay off the scale
  14. I had one hernia repaired and I'm not sure if that was the reason but I was in a lot of pain when I woke up. I don't know if that was the cause or just how my surgery went. They are there when u wake to give u meds. Best wishes

  21. My doc says not to so you don't wash away the food. That was a hard habit to break I drink a lot of water with my meals. I only sip now because if not careful it can get things stuck
  22. Friends come in leaves, branches and roots. Leaves blow away there for a season. Branches can b there for years it takes a lot to break them, but they do brake. Roots are there and will be there a lifetime. Only you know what kind of friend this is to you. It the season was up keep stepping and let it go, but if you know in your heart she is more than that apologize to salvage the friendship. TRUE friends are hard to come by. Good luck
