  1. No. Sorry but if you have any other docs talk with them tell them what u want to do and why get the support and have them recommend a doc to you. It makes things go so much smoother when that relationship is there with them and you and between the doctors. My cardiologist was extremely supportive and he made this happen for me
  2. Have u tried protein shakes as meal replacements? Have u tried water activities to remove some of the pressure? Talk with the docs and check out the local YMCA even if your moving slow just keep moving. Good luck
  3. Congrats! Your day is coming! We will be here to listen and help. Best wishes

Good luck!
  6. The snacking really gets me. Sweets if I start that it takes a few weeks to get the cravings to go away. It's not easy, but try to cut out or down on snacking or choose fruit and nuts (raw). Best wishes!
  7. I will have a drink on special occasions. I don't drink often because I never have, but if I go out I will have a cocktail. Just remember your drinking calories and I would much rather eat them! Happy Soon to be B Day!!!! I was pregnant on my 21st so no drinking and I survived!

  13. If a doctor can be paid to make Joan rivers look like she does (a crime) then Jessica can pay to have a lap band and dont need a doctors permission I think this is false.
