  2. Oh lord! I had that shoulder pain...it lasted for weeks. Try the heating pad. Good luck.
  3. You need to walk. Get into an hourly couple hour routine. Walking around the house not the block . Rest take your pain meds so your comfortable. I think you need to "go" but see how it plays out give yourself a few days if nothing call the doc you don't want a stomach ache from that too. Good luck!

  9. Unjury tastes great and so does Jay Robb. He is more expensive but good. A lot of the stores and online you can order sample packets to try them. Start there. I mix with milk or crystal light. Milk keeps me satisfied longer because of the extra calories. Good Luck
  10. I had my surgery approved and paid $65 to see a nutritionist. The insurance would not cover it. My surgery was $40k I had a heart issue after and had to stay a extra day in the hospital. I figure I could cover the $65 since they paid that. Don't be discouraged. Good luck to you!

  12. I have not but the fills are uncomfortable having to get through the skin with enough force to get in the port hurts I have never had pain after a fill but I do get port pain
  13. Maybe your body has to get use to the diet. When my trainer works me really hard I get light headed some times. It gets better as I get stronger but eating before I see him really helps. Good Luck!

  20. The itching drove me crazy it's normal your healing. Hang in there Thankfully I have no experience with slipping so I can't offer much there. Good luck
  21. That took a while for me too it got itchy and it was swollen I thought I had an infection. Hang in there part of the healing. There are times I have a little port pain now over a year in but it's brief and isnt often. Good luck
