I Understand

When I get emotional I don't get hungry or eat. Yesterday stress finally got to me (not good with high blood pressure). I had a total bf and melt down. Even though I am having this melt down, I still have to feed the kids. They wanted cheesy fries with bacon, a real heart attack special. My sweet baby girl starts feeding me these cheesy fries with bacon and I start to feel happy. The good feeling lasted as long as the fries did. Now I understand why people eat comfort food.

Best wishes

Agreed! I'm an emotional eater too but after I eat it I feel horrible for two reasons rather than dealing with the one. Your not alone! Good luck ;)
