  7. This is so TRUE! i didn't care how I looked. The doc was in the room and I just mooned him while going to the bathroom. I was in so much paid and I'm sure he saw my booty before LOL Just take it one step, sip, day at a time
  8. You have come so far, so you know you have the "stuff" inside of you to do this. Tell yourself failure isn't an option and hold yourself accountable and LIVE, LAUGH, EAT and keep moving. You have this new life enjoy it! Worry is only going to add lines on your pretty face!

  10. Congrats! I hope you hear something by Friday!
  11. I could not eat in the beginning and everything made me want to puke, now my stomach growls and I am hungry. Now it's portion control and making sure I'm not snaking which is hard when I'm at work and the clock is moving slow. I try to keep really cold drinks and ice in the freezer at work so I can have Water with lemon, crystal light or a drink enhancer to get me through when I just want to snack and should be drinking Best Wishes
  12. CONGRATS! Awesome Job!

  17. Thankfully I wasn't a huge pop drinker, but ... When I'm out and I get thirsty the coolers r filled with things I can't drink. I'm thirsty a lot. I try to keep a variety of drink enhancers to give me variety of tastes and flavors.
