I saw my surgeon once a month for 6 months then pre op visit. I got a referral from a different surgeon I knew and trusted but I needed to get to know the new surgeon and make sure I trusted him before we did this. It made me more comfortable, but all docs, practices, processes r different. I think it depends on the doc and the insurance. Best Wishes

FINALLY!!! I bought some cute VS undies and I can fit them!!!!! I am super excited. I have walked past that store for years in the mall on my way to lane bryant. FINALLY I can stop in and get some cute undies too! This feels soooooooo good!!!!!

I have been stalled for a while too, then it will break and I stall again. The last thing the doc said to me at my last visit was, "stay off the scale, it will drive you crazy" he's right I try not to stress over it but I weigh every morning for accountability.
