Thank you everybody. I don't count my calories I just stick to protein based foods. I do Pilates at home and also a cardio Pilates. I do 100 crunches a day.

I am 5"2! I do power crunch Pilates set. I love the cardio that comes with it because we all know cardio is important after WLS. It really is helping tighten everything up.
