  1. I have nausea too. My theory, based on some other posts I've read, is that my digestion has slowed down or something like that. So whenever I start feeling constipated. The nausea starts getting worse too. Just a theory though. I'm only 8-weeks out and I haven't talked to my doc about it yet.
  2. I'm 8-weeks out and it's still happening. I have a friend who's almost two years out and she still has it too.
  3. I like celebrate chewable multi. Their new one is more like a starburst. You could probably get a free sample if you emailed the company.
  4. I asked my mom to come over when my husband was working to help with my baby. It was hard because I missed picking her up and playing with her, but it was necessary. Also, a friend of mine picked up her child too soon and ended up back in the hospital. So I would ask for help.
  5. Congrats! I'm 15 pounds away from one-derland, so hopefully I'm not too far behind you. :-)
  6. Celebrate makes a chewable iron. Also my nut gave me a sample of a chewable multi that's more like a starburst. I think it's celebrate too.
  7. I get between 500-700 a day. I always get excited when I get over 600. LOL
  8. Trying quinoa for the first time. With chicken and fat free gravy.
  9. I'm trying out a recipe for deep dish pizza with a chicken/cheese crust. I'll post pics and reviews later.
  10. I look at stalls and plateaus like this - the slower I lose, the less loose skin (maybe). LOL #MYsilverlining
  11. I was the same way. And then suddenly, last week, it's like my tummy relaxed and I was able to eat more. Still not a lot, but enough to get my calories in without feeling like I was dying. So just give it time.
  12. Homemade chicken chili with cheese and salsa.
  13. I've been told to stay away from carbs as much as possible until I'm further out.
  14. This one looks good. Uses chicken as a base for the crust. More protein! http://yourlighterside.com/2012/02/low-carb-deep-dish-pan-pizza/
  15. It's cream cheese, parmesan and eggs. I found it online. It's thick enough that you don't have to use a fork. http://m.instructables.com/id/Low-carb-high-protein-pizza-with-homemade-sauce/?ALLSTEPS
  16. Have y'all tried smooth move herbal tea? My cousin is 4 years out and she swears by it. Drinks a cup almost every night. I've also heard probiotics are helpful.
  17. It was like my pouch finally relaxed today and I was able to eat more than just a couple bites. I actually got in about 81 grams of protein!
  18. I was able to eat around 1.5 or 2 ounces of meatloaf for lunch. It was super moist and I chewed forever. I'm so happy!
  19. Does anyone use Viactiv calcium chews? My liquid calcium is so yucky after surgery.
  20. I had spinach artichoke hummus for the first time. It was delicious! I dipped some Gerber veggie flavored crunchies. Great snack.
