Vitamins

Hi everyone! Does anyone have any suggestions on multivitamins that are not chewable ? Yuuuucckk my doctor reccomended "optisource" and its 4x a day citrus chewable and with that i wouldnt need any other vitamins. Thing is, i absolutely hateeeeee chewables and the after taste is horrid ! And it seriously makes me gag ! Any suggestions ?

I suck on them a while before chewing them. It helps with the texture. I was on them about a week before my surgery because I didn't want to buy a big bottle of multi's that close to surgery.

I suck on them too and by the end when i have to chew on it and makes me feel so sick. :-/

I had a hard time eating them at first too, it gets better. I would eat one half drink drink drink then the other half drink drink drink. Hang in there they r very important.

I like celebrate chewable multi. Their new one is more like a starburst. You could probably get a free sample if you emailed the company.

I get mine from Bariatric Advantage and they're delicious
