Yes, it is official I was 198.5 this a.m.!!! I cheated and weighed today even tho my official weigh in day isn't until Wednesday!! My first goal reached!! Yay me!

Goal 1: get under 200 --check done

Goal 2: get under 175

Goal 3: get under 150

Goal 4: get under 125

    13lbs till I will be onderland!!! It's been a hard road

    30lbs till goal weight

    Had dumping last night up for 3 hrs

    I fell off the band wagon not eating what I should

    Now I'm paying for it....

    Anyone can offer advice I'm listening
