Z pack

So I have a little cold, nothing major, but my primary prescribed be a z pack. Now I gave always taken these when sick they never effect me. But today started my first dose and felt sick. I read the side effects and they were make you drowsy, nausea, and diareah. I experiences all three. Should I continue the z pack or stop till I can talk to a doctor.

Forgot to mention another reason I'm asking, I haven't had a bowel movement in 2 weeks, if its making me go should I continue?

I would take one more and if it happens again call the doc... We don't want u dehydrated too. Take care of yourself hope ur better soon!
