Thanks guys for the encouragement I have it figured out my best friend hubby is going to pick me up meet her to pick me up and then take me back to their house. If I hadn't found anyone my mom was gonna drive out there to take me. What our parents wouldn't do for us.

ok just got the call that my EGD is Thursday at 7 am was told have to have someone to drive me away..I'm flying into Houston alone, my husband is not coming until Saturday to be there with me for my actual surgery on Monday. So I'm thinking I can just let the shuttle drop me off and pick me up they said no. So I don't know what to do. My best friend lives there, but she has kids and a job..... I'm crying and so confused now I'm feeling I should just cancel everything. I hate when things don't go like they should..... I need encouragement

I'm doing great was dreading the weekend but so far so good.

I finally told my aunt today, only because its getting close to my surgery. And just as I thought she doesn't want me to have it. She didn't say it but I could tell because she didn't anything. There are only 5 people I've told including her. Didn't want all the flack since I'm not that big as they say.

Why did you have to spend the night?

Are you on heavy meds?

What made you choose Mexico? Do you know anyone that had the surgery there? How much is it over there?

I have 11 days left

what brand of abdominal binder do you guys have. I've looking for one, found a few on amazon not sure which one I should purchase

That is a great lost I'm on day 3 down 3.1 lbs hoping to lose at least two more by in the morning? Are you working out?

I'm similar to you I'm traveling like 4.5 hrs to have my surgery and my first year of fills are free, but I have already said that if I need them often I will consult with my moms LB doctor and just pay him to get the fills instead of having to gas up and drive 4.5 hrs or spending money on a plane ticket. It just all depends on how often I need them and how much a plane ticket will cost at the time. Hopefully I won't need that many fills till I can get to the perfect zone since I don't have as much to lose.
