Where did you have your surgery and how much was it?

Are you a self pay? I've had my insurance checked by a company down here, and it wasn't covered. But I called True Results-Houston today and they said their insurance team know which questions to ask to make sure it's not covered. Only thing is I live in Louisiana so hopefully they allow me to travel there and have the surgery. They are about $4,000 cheaper than the companies here in Louisiana.
