Just on the per op diet true results placed me on after ill be on high Protein low carb which is norm diet

I'm True Results also Dr. Reilly. Started pre op yesterday, and this morning I was down 2.2 lbs not as hungry as I thought I would be.

I wish I had your diet my is just protein shakes and that's it but its getting better

Yea mine at least allows for one healthy meal during the day outside of my protein shake. I hate protein shakes so thankful for that
