  1. That's awesome!! Congrats! NSVs are so wonderful!
  2. That's exciting! Congratulations
  3. I agree with all the posts above as well. BUT to answer your question: my surgeon told me that he believes 6-8 pounds a month to be GOOD weight loss. No different from any other diet plan 1.5-2 pounds a week is what to expect realistically IF you are doing everything right and even then you will have weeks that baffle you and you gain. The band is a great tool but you have to use it properly.
  4. I wake up and do Insanity in my living room at 4 AM. I have two small kids and work part time and so I have very little free time during the day. I decided against nap time workouts cause I was constantly being interrupted with potty breaks lol
  5. I am doing Insanity! Crazy hard but a good burn and great results
  6. You look fabulous!!! Congrats!
  7. I eat mine. Some days all of them and some days only a little.
  8. This is definitely a success!!! I'm still trying to deal with eating when it's tone to feed the kids and when I'm actually hungry. Great NSV!!
  9. That's such a great feeling!! Congrats!!

  11. Great job!! Keep it up. You will start feeling so good and eventually start to crave working out.
  12. That's great! I didn't get a fill till 5 months out. Although he put 5 cc in at surgery.
  13. How exciting!! You're doing great Terry! Thanks for sharing.
  14. Honey you lost 54 pounds!!! That is definitely NOT unsuccessful!! Hang in there if you're in the green zone you should be able to make the right choices and start losing more. Try changing things up and don't deprive yourself ALL the time. I feel like it is very important to allow ourselves to have a treat here and there so we don't feel deprived. This is a lifestyle change and even with the sleeve you have to make the same changes to find success. You've done great so far!!! Please don't give up.
  15. That is fantastic!! Congratulations! Enjoy your success and the shopping that comes with it
