  1. There is a big difference. Congrats! Definitely keep taking pics and comparing them even month to month you will be amazed. It has really helped me to see the difference when the mirror starts lying to me
  2. I haven't done p90x but insanity is "supposed" to be tougher. It is meant for results in 60 days rather than 90 days. You can figure about an hour each day for insanity. Again I don't know the specifics on p90x. Also insanity doesn't use any pull up bars or equipment while I believe p90x does
  3. You look fabulous!! Congrats!!
  4. My guess is its probably meant to tone your butt to look amazing in those Brazilian cut bottoms. I'm sure it's LOTS of squats and lunges.
  5. I always gain when I start a new program. Don't forget that so many factors effect our daily weight. If your muscles are sore they will retain Water and as you workout you will go through phases where you replace fat with muscle. Firing these phases you may see the difference in clothing and inches rather than the scale. Remember that one pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. And as you build more muscle you'll boost your metabolism. I have been working out consistently for 7.5 months now and I am a smaller size at a higher weight because of my muscle tone. Keep it up and you'll reap the rewards.
  6. My doc said 12 weeks before I could start abs.
  7. Just keep working out. As you work out your muscles will loosen up and you'll actually feel better after working out through the soreness.
  8. Wow!!! That's incredible!!!
  9. What a great list and way to get through a plateau. Keep on doing what you know is right and you'll beat it in no time.
  10. Awesome job!! Keep up the good work!!
  11. That is so awesome!!! Congrats!!
  12. Awesome!! Congrats! Can't wait to see your pics
  13. You can do it!! Fight through the soreness and you'll feel better. I was your weight when I started
  14. I don't think it will effect your band at all. I would just be careful about your scars and how they might be effected by the rays.
  15. Insanity is an interval training dvd workout program. No weights involved. Just your body weight and a lot of sweat. If you google it I'm sure a video will come up or at least their website.
  16. That's awesome! Congrats in being a mom
  17. WOW WOW WOW!!! You are an inspiration!!! Congrats on your amazing success you look fabulous!!
  18. I recently finished the insanity workout program. Although I could FEEL my cloths fitting better I was having a hard time SEEING the progress in the mirror. The workouts are tough and I love it. I plan on repeating the whole program. Here are my results... Proof that exercise can help reshape your body as you are losing as well.
  19. I find when I workout first thing in the morning before I consume anything but water I am not that hungry most of the day. BUT if I wait and exercise in the afternoons I am ravenous after the fatigue wears off. I try to keep my snacks high in protein and stay in my calories.
