gym question

Hi everyone

When I went to the gym today there was a sign for a new class, Brazilian Butt. What is that? The woman at the desk didn't have a clue. I just lost a lot of weight to get rid of my butt, don't need it back and bigger.

If it involves hot wax, I would pass.

It is supposee to lift and tighten your butt

My guess is its probably meant to tone your butt to look amazing in those Brazilian cut bottoms. I'm sure it's LOTS of squats and lunges.

Go for it and let me know! LOL
