  9. So about 2 yrs ago I went to a carnival they have by my house every yr and was actually told I couldn't go on one of the rides because the seatbelt didn't fit and it was a saftey hazard..I was soo embarresed I just left..the person I was with tried making a joke about it to make me feel better but I was scarred and hadn't attempted a carnival again until this yr.. mind u I'm 7 mths post op and down 65lbs but I was still worried .... so hear I am on the line for the zipper asking what the weight limit is for the ride and the guy looks at me like I'm crazy.. he said trust me ur no where near it... happy to say I fit on the ride very comfortably and it was by far one of the best experiences ive had since my surgery...just wanted to share my story because ive been o erweight my whole life and I know its the little successes that mean the most
  10. Try filling up on water about 30-40 mins before u eat...that way ur hydrated and don't feel as thirsty when your eating...its works for me... good luck

  18. Hey im 7 months out too my hair started falling out about 4 mths ago in clumps too the Dr told me to watch my protien intake because if ur not getting enough protien it causes hairloss...I started tracking my protien better I get between 90-100grms a day which may seem like a lot but id rather have more then less drink lots of water I started taking biotin pills and using Dr miracles tingling shampoo and conditioner..I still get some strands falling out but nothing like before and ive gotten about 2 in of new hair growing in..hope this helps good luck

  20. I work as a cashier in a very busy hospital cafeteria and personally for me it was just soo much easier telling everyone the truth..I constantly have people asking me how I'm losing the weight and Its just less complicated telling them I had surgery ..everyones situation is different tho and u have to do what makes you feel comfortable ..
  21. My hair started falling out about three month after surgery I had bald spots all over :/ the Dr told me I needed to keep better track of my protien intake ...not having the required amount of protien everyday causes hairloss I also started taking biotin and washing my hair with Dr miracle grow shampoo and conditioner ..my hair is still falling out but no where near as much as before and its starting to grow back too
