  1. I am about 13 weeks out and struggle daily with food. I keep hoping it gets better soon!! Meat is still very difficult for me to eat but things like tuna, salad and even pasta don't bother me. I find of the food is very moist and tender its much easier. Glad to hear I'm not the only one!

  3. I've heard Nioxxin really helps along with taking biotin each day. I am having similar problems with my hair and taking biotin everyday. I haven't tried the Nioxxin yet buy have seen good reviews for it.
  4. Oh so do I girl! I keep wearing them though and thinking that's part of the problem. Today I went to buy some new jeans and fit in some 3 sizes below what I wore before. I then looked in the mirror just baffled bc I felt like I looked the same In them but wearing smaller clothes. Oh well I hope my view changes and I get some self confidence back soon
  5. Hi there I feel the exact same way!! I had mine 6/6 so I'm just about the same as you and at 60lbs loss. People come up to me all the time and say omg wow you look great and I just don't see it at all. I have looked at before and after pics and still see the same person with no changes. I was warned about this and heard that it can take some time. Hang in there bc you look great!!
  6. I'm sorry but I respectfully disagree with you. I haven't lost my weight exceptionally fast and I've been on a diet work out program for about 8 mo now and I'm 3 mo out of my surgery so no one has even suspected or questioned me about it.
  7. Keep your eye on the prize
  8. Totally agree!! I did the same thing and have ha no problems or issues. It was a personal decision and it's a personal journey for me only! Good luck!

  10. I had my surgery 06-06-12 and I'm down 57lbs
  11. I'm living on the Vitamin Water Zero and the Sobe Lifewater they are all very good!
  12. If you love some of these foods especially Cheetos or cookies, buy the Gerber baby food brand. I buy the Gerber graduates cookies and Cheetos and they are so good. There's almost no fat and calories and they r made for babies so they are good to suck on and the dissolve. I love sharing these with my nephew!!
  13. I was wondering the same thing today. Can we just buy regular multivitamins? I hate chewables...
  14. I tried the mango peach and it's pretty bad. Tastes like bad medicine. Do you mix it with anything maybe?
  15. I'm 11 weeks out and hardly eat. I have no appetite and nothing sounds good so I'm struggling daily with what to eat. Any suggestions for people in these early stages what to eat? Meat is still too tough for me.
  16. Wow I must be really struggling compared to everyone. I'm about 11 weeks out and I feel like I never eat bc I am not hungry at all. I'm not sure I'm getting in 500 calories a day right now and I'm only getting in about 30g of protein. What kinds of things are you guys eating? I'm still finding that meat is tough to eat along with some other foods. I do work out about 4 days a week and I'm down 55 lbs.
  17. In my opinion u really need someone there with you. Not only for the support but also be you are still in pain quite a bit when you leave. I had my surgery at Forest Park also...good luck!
