Woohoo EJM :thumbup: Time really starts to stand still when you finally let go of the paranoia and get excited! Sheesh, every day seems like forever away.

She was KILLED? I went back and watched the beginning again after seeing the show.. I hate what Jenny turned into as well (so does Russ, this is one of the few dramas I can get him to watch--maybe cause of the lesbian sex scenes!!). I didn't pick up that she was killed, I thought she drowned? I don't remember what happened at the end of last season, but I will be very disappointed in the last season if it's all about Jenny.. she's my least favorite character.

Pam- I didn't know Big Love started this week too, I'll have to check my tivo tonight. I did watch the United States of Tara-- very funny! I wonder if that's how it's really like?? And why would you have kids?? Anyway, definitely a different premise for a show, it has our attention. Did you watch L Word? My TiVo records it on Monday some reason (must overlap on Sunday). Jenny is dead??? I wonder how long they're going to take to tell us why.. maybe this whole final season is the last 3 months? Ugh.. I hate that this is the final season.

Oh hah hah just a tidbit speaking of FLYING MONKEYS. When I hung the toy hammock back up after having to take it down for painting, the flying monkey fell out and went off.. and my dog jumped 4ft in the air-literally. It was hilarious.. Russ was in there too, we almost dropped the hammock from laughing at her.

Terry- Yeah I heard the other night when I couldn't sleep, they said they set up 7,000 port-a-potties in the area. I thought, gee that's a lot--so did the reporter. Then I thought about it--they are anticipating something like 2 million people right? 2 million people / 7,000 port-a-potties.. That's roughly 300 people per port-a-pottie. NO THANKS.

((Jenn)) Ayla is a pretty name, I'm trying hard not to say "I wanna girrrrrrl!!!" Hehehe. I really just want a girl while they're young & can play dress up, then as they go through puberty swap it to a boy :wink2: So I did myplate yesterday, was doing great, and then I go to bed.. and have a packet of milano cookies--180c (I alloted for it, so that's ok!), but then I had 1/2 bag of popcorn..oy..and then ANOTHER pack of milano cookies?? And to finish it off..a banana. My night time munchies are just evil, I tell myself "NO NO NO STOP" and I do it anyway :Dancing_wub: Need to tie myself to the bed at night or something. My hand rash "thing" got horrible last night, worse it's ever been. I woke up throughout the night literally thinking my hands were on fire.. today they are covered in splits and scabs and they itch something crazy. Even my benadryl & itch-x creams are doing nothing. Psoriasis cream not helping last night either. I put a lot of medicated lotion on today and they're already dried, rash-y, and cracking.

Aww Gina they are so cute, I always wanted a german shephard, but russ wont let me get any breed that 'could' turn on me. L WORD STARTS BACK TONIGHT!! I am transferring it from the other tivo, I am so excited. Been a while since a really good show came back..and Lost tomorrow!! I did Wii fit for first time tonight, I did body test when we got it..Said I was 34, BMI 33/Obese..With no excercising I lost 1lb since then lol.. and my new age is 28 after doing the excercising. Russ has lost 5lb already, he does it every night after work. I did all kinds of different stuff for 30min, I even got perfect score on row-boat-squats, called me a body builder.. and Russ' score was way low on that, he couldn't do it. I did great on the tree pose in yoga too but only standing on left leg, with right leg I am wobbly and it was talkin about straightening my spine.. whew. Fun stuff, I'm gonna like wiifit!! I also started back on myplate today. Goodnight V's!

Aww woohoo congrats!! Before I knew, the only baby thing I bought was a girl's onesie thing I got from Cracker Barrel.. My fav. animal is an elephant and they had the cutest pink & yellow striped sleeper with a fuzzy elephant peeking out of the seam.. oh well! As soon as I found out it was a boy, I (still) find myself shopping daily for deals on cute baby boy stuff. So far my favorite is a dark green & cream striped thermal sleeper from Baby Gap with little green patches on the elbows and a hoodie. Girls stuff is so cute though, I have to not look.. and most elephant stuff I find is girls.. RL friend finds out tomorrow the sex of her baby.. she has 2 small boys, and her current pregnancy was twins but she lost one around 8 weeks. Curious to see if she's having another boy!!

Can't believe I'm going to answer hah hah, but this is basically what I was going to say. I've only done it with one guy (an ex--not my husband), and the first time we did it, he did not go slow, no foreplay to get it 'ready' and it tore (and I think I still have an anal fissure from it but too emberassed to ask a doc to check it out). So it was bad and hurt, etc. Same boyfriend we decided to try it again (he was really into it)and we did it the right way..slow, lots of lube, etc.. and it really was amazing, made my orgasm about 20x better. That being said, DH never has had anal, wanted to do it and for years I told him "I'm waiting till we're married!" truth is, he's bigger than the guy I did it with, and since DH has never done it, and blah blah.. One of my best friends though, anal is about all the sex she has with her husband anymore. She likes it better (mostly) because they don't have to worry about getting pregnant, and they both really enjoy it. To each his own.

I heard that too, but this is the first time (well, that woke me up and I noticed) that he kicks in the middle of the night. It was so much and so fierce, it woke me up. I don't know if he was causing my stomach pains, or if he was reacting to whatever it was too. I didn't have anything unusual, just about 1c of mexican food & flan.. but that was hours before I went to bed. I don't normally feel him moving when I eat, I feel him moving when I'm about to eat.. like he knows it's coming and he gets excited lol. Like when I went to lunch today, I haven't felt him move since waking up in bed.. but sitting in the restaurant he started kicking really low until I started eating--then he stopped. Heather I meant to ask, does that mean you found out it's a girl (and I missed a post somewhere) or you just use 'she' as a generic baby gender?

I love getting my teeth cleaned. I'm terrified of dentists and when they do it I hold my breath and bear down even when it doesn't hurt.. but when I leave, I looooove how my teeth feel. We went to Circuit City during lunch, since they were going out of business.. well ours had tons of people there, and the deals weren't that great.. 10% off? Pff. Then we went to a steakhouse for lunch with my mom, I got grilled tilapia with corn relish, and baked sweet potato. Had 2 glasses of sweet tea too. Oh and it started SNOWING?! It was nice and warm yesterday, only needed a light jacket. It's 35 degrees(ish) but it's snowing.. not sticking of course. Our forecast for tomorrow is snow.. not just snow flurries, so I wonder if it's suppose to stick. So... weird. Not use to having to deal with the cold. I just got a breaking news from local news saying Water pipes in town busted causing major flooding and shutting down of some roads.

See your band doc first, tell him the symptoms & your concernes, if they just think you need an unfill (which from the sounds of it, may be something more--although it could just be too tight!), go see your General Practitioner for a 2nd opinion.

I miss tuna salad! I have a whole pantry full of the bags & cans of tuna.. it's a high mercury food, and since I crave fish and eat it a couple times a week I didn't want to waste 1x a month fish of just tuna. My doc said since I want to eat seafood I need to avoid it. Poo. Tuna salad wrapped in a dark green lettuce leaf.. mmm. It's lunch time here lol. I had 1/4c of coffee & water so far. Been listening to my fav. band and wishing they would come on tour near me. Incubus & Third Eye Blind my favs.. we saw Incubus (their music that I like--I really like, but their older stuff is eh to me).. but TEB, I have liked every single song they have ever made.. I'd love to see them in concert, but nooo they never come over to this side of the country Not sure why this was on my mind today. In my game that I run a clothing store, I was commissioned to make a custom mens' outfit for someone.. I normally do custom outfits for him throughout the year, but I have not felt the urge to do anything for my store in months!!! So I told him up front I haven't been around lately and it could take me a month (normally I can put out an outfit in 1 night). So this weekend I sat down to design and I just couldn't get into it.. so I still haven't started. Not sure what happened, the shop is doing good and I'm making money from already made outfits, but no mojo to make anything new for a while now. Russ just called me by my full name, time to go to lunch lol.

Yesterday I painted & did the nursery..I over did myself, and my back was aching--and I was exhausted so I took a mid-day nap. Woke up and back felt better. Went to bed again around 10pm and at 2am I woke up with some cramping and baby was kicking like crazy. I self medicated, something I do for PMS cramps (orgasm!), and it did go away after a few minutes..and he finally stopped with the constant kicking and I went back to sleep. He did his normal kicking this morning, so I assume he's fine.. but last night I kept thinking.. what is he so upset about, is he hurt, etc?? Is it unusual for baby to be kicking up a storm in the middle of the night, that I'm not use to..? Maybe because he's getting bigger I just feel more of them? :/

I immediately was super tight & needed an unfill. He only took .5cc out. Beyond that, he wanted to see me once a month during the pregnancy (I am his first pregnant bander), and I would have gone had he not been so far away. It's a 3 hour drive (each way), so I didn't want to spend 6 hours every month just going and letting him see how I'm doing with my pregnancy. I also only have 2 free appointments left, so I am saving 1 for when the baby is born and I get filled back up. I don't think it's necessary to have the band doc involved, but if my doc was local I would have probably gone to see him every other month.

Terry is right, poor Wayne will get scared off having to deal with drama that isn't even his relationship, when he's just starting a relationship with you. Don't let the closing drama happen around Wayne & don't let him get pulled into it! Cry to your V's, not to your new beau. And again like Terry said, tell Kev to shove it. Know it hurts but the world is full of fish in the sea that will treat you like you deserve!!!

And I can see my entryway fairy looks obscene, it's not! It's just a fairy sitting on the ground, and from this angle it looks bad.

Hope you're feeling better Tracy & Pam! I finished the nursery, and my back was killing me (not sure why though). Took a nap, and it feels better but still sore. Went to some fancy mexican restaurant in the new hoighty toighty mall with my parents-- wasn't very good, and the manager kept bugging me about not eating my food. I can't say "This sucks" so I just kept having to find new ways to politely say I'm full, I don't need a doggy bag, etc. So here's the nursery, sorry for all the pics, wasn't sure if ya'll wanted to see the progress (I wanted to keep it to look back on one day!) Before: Progress: Finished: And Home Depot didn't have the golden paste, so I got the only universal paste they had--still didn't work, so I spent an hour tacking down every inch of the 2nd border with the seam sealer stuff. Never again in my life will I do borders!

Pipes are good I think! It's warmed up today, even though I left it dripping last night. I don't think it's freezing anymore. I was up late last night because I took a nap during the day, so I spent last night cleaning... our team won at hockey! They were 1st place team when we were going, then we stopped going over the holidays.. they've been on a losing streak Last night they won 6 to 1! It was jersey auction night for a child disease, so their jerseys were these pastel blues & pinks.. I think maybe they played extra hard to compensate for how frilly they looked. The owners said we can't miss anymore games, because we seem to be the good luck charm lol. I know I complain about my sis and how she runs through my parent's money like water.. I never have heard them say no.. well for Xmas they got her a truck bed cover so she can install a sound system in her truck ($800). She goes Monday to get it put in, so she asks my dad when he's going to schedule to get a sound system put in.. he said it depends on how much it costs, and she HUFFS and says "Well what does it matter? It's suppose to be my Xmas present!" No, the cover was.. but anyway, he says "We'll see, you realize we're in a recession right now and money is tight?" and she heavy sighs and gets all pissy. It's amazing, she's like a spoiled little kid.. but I was glad to see him give her some sort of resistance since I've never even seen that. Though I know she'll win, and he'll get her the system this week. She brought her gf, who was CLEARLY messed up on something. Russ said my sis was too, but I couldn't tell.. I know her gf was though.. and her gf was trying to eat popcorn at the game and couldn't coordinate hand to mouth 80% of the time so it made a huge mess. Then after only 1 period, they decide they wanted to go hang out in the car? I am going to Home Depot soon, it's 8:13am, I called 5m ago and it said they're closed but their hours today are 8am.. so I'm going to run get paint and the golden paste and get this knocked out.. I'll take pics! The prettiest/most subtle color in the border and entire nursery set is purple stars (that I love of course), but I bet if I painted that 1 wall purple Russ would have a fit.. especially after painting our living room purple hehehe. Normally I'm not here on weekends, but 2 weekends in a row I popped in and it's so quiet!!!

I thought about it and this is what I came up with for the nursery... the base wall color in our house is this pale yellowish cream color (which I normally hate, which is why I've been slowly painting the house).. Anyway, the nursery is square, when you walk in, the right side top is where I put the border I finished.. going to put border on the opposite wall (left side) and call it a day with the border.. the wall you see when you walk in also has a window, going to paint just that one wall, some pastel color... probably a blue, but going to take a piece of the border to home depot tomorrow to see what color would pop with it. That's that! Would be easier to paint 1 wall and call it artsy than to border 2 more walls. LOL

Yup yup, I was extremely paranoid. I'm better these days, but it wasn't till my 20 week ultrasound that I finally started to let my guard down and let myself be excited. I wasn't expecting to be pregnant, but one week I was SO tight, I had such a hard time eating and I was out of town on vacation, so I figured.. if it's still like this when we get back, I'll go to doc. We got back on a Sunday, that Monday I was still very tight, so I called to make an appt. for an unfill. A few hours later I realized my period was late, and took a test. It was distinct. I was only 2-4 weeks pregnant at that point. So my tightness was early on, I did get an unfill. My breasts were so tender that next couple of weeks, then that too went away and has not come back. The band loosened up, until about 2 weeks ago (24 weeks), I've started to get tight again.. so I'm glad I didn't refill. He only took .5cc out, but very little saline makes a lot of difference for me. I have 2cc left. You both drank the LBT water, eh.. hope it works out for you both

Thanks for all the tips, Judy I'm going to have to go get that paste.. can you apply it over the pre-pasted, before even using the pre-pasted? I got one wall done, after using prepasted 3x attempts, then used a border adhesive I bought at walmart (useless), and finally just tacked it while it was still wet with thumb tacks, then used a 'seam sealer' on the edges (LOT of work and messy).. it did finally stay, but edges are curled and it does not look very pretty. Debating if I want to just have 1 wall done, thinking of how to be creative with it. I'll try the golden stuff, if it doesn't work I'm done with it.. not going to do the seam sealer on 4 walls, took the whole bottle for just 12'. Pipes finally started dripping around 2pm (I opened the cabinets, but we don't have a space heater, so I turned our heat up to 72 for a while). After it started dripping I heard the cracking in the wall, fingers crossed it was just the ice, cracking and then the water came full force with a little more cracking then it stopped. So I have water constantly going on the cold side in there now. No leaks anywhere, so.. hopefully it was just the ice cracking :/ I fell asleep around 3pm and just woke up..we're going to hockey game tonight..wee. Hope you're all having a fun Saturday!

Today is turning out to be rotten. Up extra early due to Russ' snoring, so decided to hang up the pre-pasted wall border in the nursery. It will not stick!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to Walmart, and bought different adhesives, none of them work.. the whole thing is like it's 'pasted' with water, which won't stick for nothing. I am very pissy right now. What a waste... And it seems our kitchen pipes are frozen. I leave it dripping as not to freeze up, but apparently there's 2 different places the water comes from (I'm not very handy). The hot water is fine, but when I push it over to cold, it turns off. I've been messing with it all day and it's not budging, and it's not warming up outside, so not sure what to do. Can't afford busted pipes right now..

I can only go off of like the handful of births I've known about.. my friend had a (first) baby last year, they induced her with the pitocin and 24 hours later, she was regressing (she also had pre-eclampsia) so they ended up doing a c-section, she never even got around to pushing. My bro's ex was in labor for 24 hours (first/only baby), and wow she was cranky lol. I hate hospitals to begin with, the bed rest thing sounds miserable to me, so I think those of you who mention it don't totally complain about it so you're already tougher than me. I was born in the lobby (2nd baby), my mom had the flu and thought I was diarhea. I was crowning before she realized she was actually in labor, and they didn't have time to prep her for anything. She said she was in labor for 2 days with my brother, and it was the time when any drugs were frowned upon so she didn't even have an epidural. By time she had my sister (3rd) epidurals were in style, so that was her first with any kind of pain relief and she said it made it so much nicer, she actually got to enjoy the experience. I'm terrified when I think about the actual birthing process, plus the fact my doc does not want to have to do c-section due to my kidney..so I keep thinking, boys are big.. he's gonna be big, he's gonna totally rip me open and kill my pelvis because my doc won't do a c-section just cause he's very big, etc.. All those kinds of worries AND I think about breech, I saw some videos online of breech deliveries.. holy hell. Ow..Normally they do a c-section if they're breech and won't move, but some people just don't do c-sections, so they end up getting torn all to pieces down there. Yeah, I'm not tryin to be scary, just sharing my worries.. not like I'm not in the same boat anyway!
