  1. I actually used this to buy mine.. WiiFit Tracker It's real-time and shows you when a store gets them in stock & what they charge for it (so you don't go to the places that rip you off...) Wii Fit Tracker - Find Wii Fit In Stock Online And here's the one for Wii.. Nintendo Wii Tracker - Find Nintendo Wii In Stock Online
  2. Michelle- I would suggest a housekeeper thing.. That's how people end up on the news with the most disgusting houses, taking the child from the home, etc. It spirals out of control before they realize it!! The girl I work with that this happened to last year, that's how she said it started.. she was depressed and it just piled up 'somehow'.. she's actually in jail right now, and they took her 2 sons. We are NOT going back to the childbirth class today. It's from 12:30-5.. with a 1 hour lunch break in there somewhere. Well yesterday she kept plugging along and said, how about we skip lunch and get out of here an hour early. Room full of pregnant women ready to pop, and she says this. People agree, because going home early sounds good--the chairs are the hard plastic chairs, my butt hurt SO BAD. After all that, not only did we NOT get out an hour early, she ran OVER 30m. By time we got out, I was nauseated from hunger and walking with a limp from the pain in my back. I'm not doing that again. Luckily the breathing/relaxation techniques were taught yesterday, and we got the overview of what is going to happen when we go (she is L&D nurse at the hospital we're using). I was surprised to find out, our hospital induces at 38 weeks at 90% of the time. I didn't realize they were that common?!?! She said it's for the doctor's convenience. Well ain't that special. So I may not get to see what labor coming on naturally is like. On the other hand I do like the idea of 2 weeks early (smaller head) and getting to meet him 2 weeks early!! My mom kept talking about how first time moms almost always are later than their due date, so I was kind of anticipating that.. apparently they don't let that happen at all, so no one ever goes past their due date. They played the birthing video, Russ turned pale and pulled his hat down (as not to watch). He was in good company, 2 other guys were pretty much grossed out by everything we were hearing and were vocal about it. What were you doing in San Diego Pam?? I told work I would create a new brochure for a service we're offering, I have yet to feel the creative juices hit me.. I got on this morning hoping to feel inspired.. still nothing How many years does it take to get to 40th anniversary Judy??? My parents just celebrated 32 last year.. they got married a month out of high school.
  3. Just popping in.. we have childbirth class today & tomorrow from noon-6, so my day is pretty much full!! Kat, I watch Grey's Anatomy, I watched 40m of it last night--plan to finish it today before our class so I'll fill you in. Not sure what the Izzy question is, remember she did the test last week and it said she was anemic and other lady had cancer.. lady came in this week and said they swapped the bloodwork--she was anemic (which means Izzy has cancer).
  4. Some reason slings don't appeal to me, so I have no input :sneaky:
  5. Oh, no.. no peeling off.. I know what you mean though, on solid ones I have to roll them off (ick). This one doesn't go to the 'under' part of the breast, so it doesn't get sticky and gross.. the ladies probably are (like I said, never thought to check), but the bra doesn't.. and with the eyelets, that bad boy pops right open when you open them.
  6. Woohoo! I do have a question, did you take B&A pics? SmartLipo is something I wanted to look into, but I don't like going by the ad pics for it, I want to see real pics..
  7. Uhm.. not sure about sticky and gross.. I think all of me is sticky and gross after working out, never paid special attention to the ladies to check out their gross factor. But I also shower after working out???? The fabric of mine is double ply satin.. and it does have a million eyelets going up the front, so it is easy to take off.
  8. Fake nails harbor a LOT of bacteria, so that's probably why they're not good for babies in NICU. If she touches them, she has a lot more bacteria than the average person would. Oh, and I also can NOT relate to her.
  9. That was beautiful, I've never heard of (him?). I sent out my generic maternity leave e-mail to customers today to prepare them for April.. lot of warm wishes coming back, and ironically one of my customers is taking her maternity leave around then too. Heh! We have our annual sales meeting today, I'm nervous because they are changing how we get paid..
  10. I am too tall for that (long torso), I was trying to stretch it to fit under my bra and then it doesn't hit my pants. I bought the Belly Band early on too and it was a flop.. I've tried to use it occasionally since, and it rolls up or rolls down. I don't have hips/butt.. I was all upper body/belly weight problem. The rubberband in the pants never work for me either, it doesn't keep my pants tight enough to stay up (they fall right off if I have them undone). I also have a hard time finding any maternity pants that are long enough, I've kind of stopped caring in the past month or so with as uncomfortable as clothes in general are. I prefer to wear my non-maternity pants very low, but by the end of a work day they cut into my hips and bother me.. but if I wear (even long size) maternity pants I am 'flooding'--which I normally HATE HATE.. now I just say oh well. I even bought some pants from Burlington Coat Factory yesterday, wearing a pair today.. definitely too short, but I don't care anymore. I'll be back in my good pants in less than 6 months! Oh & Heather, I did start a registry at Target & Babies-R-Us. Item for item, they are same price, but they both have some items that the other didn't. My favorite place to shop though has been http://www.babymallonline.com/ Ridiculously cheap stuff, shoes for $1, washcloths, onesies, etc.. great pricing. I have stocked up on all kinds of things that are cute and cheap.. and the quality is not lacking in them (I've already washed everything I bought from them). I will send you my last name Heather (via e-mail) so you can search for my registries and see what I put on them just for ideas. I didn't have to put any big items (besides a play gym, and high chair) because for Christmas my mom bought us the stroller/carseat/pumpkin seat set (Travel System), a soothing center--it's got noises like the bear thing, but it's the Sweetpeace newborn center and has a bunch of different noises, diaper bag, and some cute outfits. I bought myself a pack-n-go playard w/ bassinet, and a bassinet (only $40 at WalMart and it's going to get the job done!). The playard is pretty neat, I planned to use it at work for when I bring him in when I go back to work-- but I have been debating buying another to have at home. I am going to see if the soothing center is enough for him to sleep in, etc. otherwise I will be buying another.
  11. Well, Enell does give me the uniboob. That's what works for me and sports bras! I wouldn't wear it in public, I just use it for working out.
  12. FOXNews.com - Octuplets' Mother Reportedly in Market for Million-Dollar Home - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News Guess the website is working out for her.
  13. I used the Whey protein bullets, they are 42g of protein in 3oz. I shot 1/2 a day, 2x a day.. like alcohol shots, I shot 1.5oz--chased it with water. I didn't like shakes either.. The only other way I did extra protein was freezing expresso in ice cubes, then blending 2x expresso cubes with a little skim milk, splenda, and vanilla protein powder. Tasted like a vamped frozen frappucino.
  14. Console is approx. $250, and the WiiFit is approx. $90. Only one person can play at a time, so that divided by 2, unless you both want one at your own house, then that x2.
  15. Yeah, my husband calls it my uniboob bra. Sports bras have the exact opposite of sex appeal :tt2:
  16. That is hilarious!!! My husband and I enjoy the Onion, our Tivo downloads little mini-sodes of it.
  17. Hah hah ok Pam, and I really am not looking to debate or anyone to disagree with each other. Just curious what someone who supports him thinks. If you think it's great--that's what I want to know. I don't care if you do, just an inquisitive mind. It's so much the talk around here, but it's 100% one sided.. needed more input. And, not posting in R&R because I DON'T want to hear flaming and fussing, just wanting to hear opinions.
  18. Well odds are when I deliver, she won't be the one there. There are 4 docs in rotation, one of which is HER obgyn. I'm just crossing fingers it's not her. I'm not confrontational in the way that, I couldn't transfer to someone else in her group because I'd run into my doc and her nurses and I'd feel even more weird.. But, when I lived in Nashville I had the BEST gyn, I wish so bad she was here.. she was 'jolly', always giggling and telling funny stories and made me feel so comfortable.. and she loved babies, so she gushed about all her patient's babies all the time. Anywho..
  19. (Sign-language???) All..the..money..bein'..spent..what...do...you...think? :tt2:
  20. Easy to say unless you have my obgyn. And I like to think it's only because of the special circumstances (pelvic kidney, not wanting C-Section as an option and baby needs to not be too big), and not that she's just a bitch about weight gain. But it really seems like--and she is gorgeous any way you put it. She looks like a slender sexy 20 year old.. when she's actually a 40 something mother-of-3 20 year olds (I still get hung up on her looks, I never believed she was her age). In any event, it's hard listening to her lecture about my gain.. although (Maybe I mentioned this?) I lost weight since my last appt. and the nurse weighing me said that and I'm like "YUP I am glad you noticed!!" and then when doc came in, she ALWAYS first said something about my weight gain--this time, she didn't even acknowledge the loss. Not even to say "You didn't gain"--nothing--not one word about the weight. Did rub me the wrong way. Too late in the game, but I kind of wish I had changed docs, she just doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. She was fine for a gyn, but as an obgyn I want someone who makes me smile and feels happy about the whole thing.. she always makes me feel uncomfortable and like I'm annoying her by being there, so I rarely ask questions.
  21. First, I've seen plenty of ads for Acai berry diet on myspace (that comes to mind) that boasts celebrities lost weight using it (and their pics)--and I know they did not do it, and they are not getting paid to advertise it. The Acai Berry is a scam, and anyone saying they'd offer you money for your pics-- I would bet money they are a scam too. It's probably some scheme that ends up making you pay them to get it set up and then they say they'll pay you after the fact, or they send you a bad check etc. I would run far away from a blatant scammer asking you to help them endorse a scam. Ooo ooo, first time I've gotten to point this out--- the line in my sig is about this. You can't cheat an honest man.
  22. Birthday Cake Ice Cream is calorie free too, right? Mmm.... Ok, this is not to spark a debate among us, but just because I don't know any Obama supporters in 'real life', to get an Obama-fan opinion. It baffles my mind right now, so I wanted to find out.. Stimulus Watch: Keeping an Eye on Economic Recovery Spending What do you guys think right now with the 800 billion Obama has spent so far? Are you happy about it?
  23. After that, most surgeons require an initial meeting with them, a psychological evaluation (I think insurance requires this too), a pre-op for lab work, and any other lab work that might be specific to any known conditions you may have.. and then you have the surgery!
  24. May be it's regional, they don't try to sugar coat the immigration problem around here--and it's not as big a problem here as it is in other places (I lived in New Mexico for a couple of years before moving back to Alabama). Although, I get a lot of my news from a national site and they talk about it too, so it can't be completely regional.
