  1. Its good that you recognized that you were using food to feel good, but now you have to figure out a different stress reliever, like going for a walk, tearing into a closet that needs cleaning. Any thing but food. Best wishes
  2. Usually its NPO from midnight the day of surgery. NPO nothing to eat or drink

  7. My Dr gave me the choice between LB & Realize. I said" what the heck do I know". They look the same to me , but after talking with him we decided on the LB.
  8. Just wondering if you're white knuckling with your diet? or are you doing ok with the amount of food you're eating? Reason I asked is I've heard of people not needing a fill for restriction.TY Congratulations on your WLs!!!

  11. When I get butterflies Oct 15, you can remind me how it's normal. LOL I've had lots of surgeries and even more after LBS and you get nervous every time! We're here for you! You can share your feelings.

There's a lot of people here who can answer your questions. You can also sign up for a free seminar and they take questions at that time. Good luck on your journey!
  15. I agree totally with Gigi You look wonderful! A "failure" I don't think so. I too think your body is trying to tell you this is what you're suppose to weigh. What does your Dr think? How tall are you? Congratulations on your WL!!!
