First Fill

I have my first fill in about an hour and I'm so nervous! I hope I don't start throwing up after because I'm going straight to work after and you don't get to easily run to the bathroom when you teach middle school! I'm REALLY nervous... Please send good thoughts & vibes my way! Ahhh!!!

I didn't get a fill cuz I've lost enough weight to not get a fill... Idk what I think about it... I mean its a good thing I've lost weight, but I wanted the fill to move the process along! Ha!!!

I think this is great news! Saving your fills for future needs is a good thing.

I assume that you are six or seven weeks out from surgery. How much have you lost?

I'm 6 weeks out. I've lost 25 lbs since my pre-op diet and I've lost 10 lbs since my last appt 4 weeks ago. He only does fills if you lose less than 8 lbs in 4 weeks.

Also, Gigi, thank you so much for your encouragement!! :)

Just wondering if you're white knuckling with your diet? or are you doing ok with the amount of food you're eating?

Reason I asked is I've heard of people not needing a fill for restriction.TY

Congratulations on your WLs!!!
