  1. Just bring the pillow and tell them to watch the bumps, and you'll be just fine. No problems getting up, just couldn't bend over.
  2. We all support and it is the perfect place to vent. Just wait until your dad and sister start seeing you being more active and healthy. I think when the weight loss happens and they see this, their views will change.
  3. I would double check those noodles. I think they need to be strained at that stage.
  4. Your really rockin your sleeve, and look at that waist. Love to see pics like this, great motivaters for us early sleeves:)
  5. My husband and I just booked a 10 day cruise in November. I'll be 4 months by than. We've cruised a lot not worried about meals etc, but like you I'm now thinking about clothes. I never expected to lose this much weight so quickly, but I'm not complaining:) I had lost weight two years ago in the summer and had bought smaller clothes in 14 and size large tops. Well the tops are starting to fit now, and the pants are getting close...guess I'll also be shopping for clothes. Realizing this I started to look for swimsuits, but have found I missed out already, even on line most are sold out...and what size?

  8. Sounds interesting...I'm currently stalled so I'm going to try it tommorow.
  9. I'm six weeks out tommorow and wish I could chug as well. I seem to always be thirsty, but just can't get the fluids down real well. I only average around 40 oz per day, not sure how others hit 64 ounces.

  11. I'm also at five weeks, almost six and stalled for a week now. Just when I was so excited about all the weight loss. I hope this stall is over soon....very frustrating.
  12. Welcome to the losers bench..you've taken a big step toward a more healthy life:). Remember to sip, and the gasp strips are a life saver. Each day will be easier.
  13. I say you go for it girl...you've made amazing progress already. You've got the desire, just work hard and it will pay off.

  16. Use gas x strips they really helped. Mine lasted for almost two weeks.
  17. I'm 5 weeks out and this is what I strive for everyday. I'm still having difficulties meeting the water.
