  1. Love Love chocolate Shakeology! I'm pre-op and it does give me added energy and kinda cleanses my system! Best tasting Protein shake for me hands down! T~
  2. Thanks ladies, I decided to stick it out for the 14 days of induction~ I am never really hungry but I do feel tired most of the time~ Again thanks for the feedback~ T~
  3. I don't belive you have anything to worry about Torrs~ Unless you plan on dropping 70+ pounds in the next 5 months I wouldn't sweat it~ In addition like the other ladies stated Ask, especially your nutritionist~ Most physicians and NUT's recommend you to drop the weight during the pre-op stage simply because it makes for a more succesful less risky surgery~} T~
  4. Let me interpretate that for ya~ You cheated really means......... I hate you, for the fact that you took a stance on your life and made that change that I sooooo desperatly Need! However since i'm soooo Pridefilled I will not allow myself to ask for assistance instead I thrive off attempting to making others such as yourself feel horrible about the choices I wish I would make for myself!!!! I deep down would LOVE to be in your shoes and have the confidence you have but I don't! That's what she REALLY means when she says that~ T~
  5. If you don't want it give it to ME! I'm pre op and would love to drop 40lbs in 3 months! O but to dream of it~ Enjoy your victories! T~
  6. Hello everyone, So I am pre op {on the waiting list to begin appointmenst NUT, PSYC,etc.} I was thinking of doing the Atkins Induction with a friend who is an Atkins fanatic! However she has yo-yoed with it for some time. I am on day 5 of Induction and super bored with the fat and cheese! I know that I CAN do it i'm just bored with it~ Plus with all the veggies and eggs and Protein I am eating it's only panning out to be like 1,080 calories daily~ I LOVE to work out and roller skate and it have been difficult to do since starting this program not to mention the constipation! ........I just want a baked sweet potato~ I am not a carb addict however I do Love sweets! With that being said I do make mindful choices like my fav is blue bunny frozen yogurt with preboitics~ I have a roller skating even coming up and need to train for the event and with this Atkins I don't have the energy nor the calories to do so as skating burns like 500-1,000 calories and so does my Kickboxing class! And I end up stalling on the scale anyways, which defeats the entire Atkins Induction process to drop weight fast! I simply don't wanna set myself up for this fad deep deprivation diet~ I would rather continue my eat in moderation and exercise routine~ Am I wrong fro wanting to ditch Atkins, or am I setting myself up for Failure once I get sleeved????? Thanks for listening to my Rant! T~ P.S~ Brutal or better yet Radical Honesty is Welcomed!~
  7. *****ARIES******* I am currently pre op~~ on the waiting list to begin my appointments, NUT, PSYCH, etc. Patiently waiting~ T~
  8. You look AMAZING! Congratulations on the weight loss~ T~
  9. I don't want to have another IUD so I am leaning toward the nuvaring or the patch! Anyone have any experience with either of these forms of birth control? T~
  10. What a difference! Cngratulations on the weight loss thus far! Looking forward to seeing your continuous progress! T~
  11. Hello Everyone, As I continue to conduct my research on the sleeve, as i am pre op { on the waiting list, Tricare Military Insurance} the biggest question I have is What has changed the most in either your day to day life or even your Social life since being sleeved? Looking forward to hearing your responses~ T~
  12. I had the Copper IUD {Paragaurd} in for 4 years and after about 2 it gave me horrible cramps and heavy bleeding....my sex drive went down the drain so I got it removed. I have been BC free for the past several months however I know I need to get on SOMETHING STRONG especially since my Hubby will be returning soon not to add my surgery should be around December time frame~~~ I wanted the least invasive form which would be the pill...But I need something that will WORK~ Decisions.....decisions.......ughhhhhh...... T~
  13. I used to take it and notice a difference when I take it consistently especially in my tummy~ such a great product T~
  14. I had the paragaurd IUD {copper non hormonal} worked great for the first 2 years then after that horrible cramps and heavy cycles. I was even precribed to take motrin 600 3-4x a day three days prior to my cycle and during~ It was horrible~ My sex drive did decrease in a major way when I had it~ I had it removed and it looked like my body deflated!~ Still no real weight loss though~// .My sex drive did increase immediately when I had it removed! B) ..Anywho I'm BC free at the moment but need something strong for when Hubby comes home and after my surgery~ I am leaning towards the good ol PILL especially since Hubby & I are looking to have our first Bambino once I'm cleared following the surgery but not sure yet~ T~
