  1. Great job and looking good! That's awesome, even the dog is is losing weight, lol You have a great support system.
  2. I agree Kisigin, I don't think negativity would motivate me, but free stuff will . I just don't know if this site is real or a scam of some sort, just wish someone knew about it.
  3. You are correct Kisigin, I make homemade sugar free chocolate and had researched and found that erythritol has the least impact and I can eat the chocolate with no problems and fortunately these Chocolite bars were okay for me too .
  4. According to the website you can log in exercise towards rewards, does anyone know about or have experience with this website? https://everymove.org/ It looks interesting and they hooked up with MFP, getting stuff for free for exercising would be pretty cool.
  5. Oh, don't get me started with almond butter , that is something I cannot control myself on, I really love it and eat a little too much, so I only get the whole almonds that I can control. And for the question on portion size, I have seen on different bags anywhere from 1/4 cup, 24 nuts, and 28 nuts, but I weigh out 1 oz on a scale as the size of the almonds can differ.
  6. I'm 2012ALM if you would like to add me, the more the merrier
  7. I added a lot of you, I am 2012ALM on MFP.
  8. If I could get my butt up at 4am, I would exercise in the morning as evenings have things come up and you can miss out on exercise (fortunately I use my lunch at work to walk 2 miles a day). But I have heard that morning is better, but doing it period is what counts.
  9. I have to portion and then eat them, with the bag I either lose count of what I have put in my mouth, or start miscounting, like was that 16 or did I just eat 14? lol,
  10. I love almonds! Have you tried the blue diamond flavors? I'm eating bbq habanero right now, very awesome , and they have a lot of other really good flavors like lime chili and mint dark chocolate. Love them all! I like your suggestion, I'll have to try that too.
  11. I love them too, but use the powdered version since it has a stronger flavor. Just wish they made more flavors in the sugar free, but I'm good with chocolate, vanilla, and vanilla caramel for now .
  12. How about you Patty, did you get them and try them yet?
  13. Well of course I received these when my sweet tooth attack is over (it was the fun week of the month this past week ), but I finally got these today and tried them and the Chocolate Crispy Caramel is very good, I really like them and love that they are only 1 net carb (as long as I only eat 2 as a serving, lol, I will maintain control ). Now to see how my belly likes them, some sugar free items give me big problems.
  14. I started using the HRM method of calculating calories and found this article, you may find it interesting as well, I'm going to start using my net calories :http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx
  15. Thank you, good to know. I'm looking into moving to Australia possibly in the next year and may just take you up on that offer as I'm not going to tell my coworkers I have a band to find a doc, support, etc.
  16. Someone in the past on here (sorry can't remember name to give them props) suggested that you can get the Soda Stream flavorings and add it to water, so you could probably find Diet Dr. Pepper in their flavoring and still get the flavor, without the carbonation. I saw they sell the flavorings at Wal-Mart now, or Bed, Bath and Beyond always have them.
  17. When should you start looking at getting a tummy tuck? I have the rash problem and would eventually like to get this removed, but have no clue when to start looking into it.
  18. I make it in the microwave (I suck at trying to make it in a skillet ) and it's always crispy and easy to eat. But I eat the turkey bacon, love it!
  19. I don't eat my burned calories, I still stick to my original goal. I wish MFP would not adjust the numbers when you add exercise, but beggars can't be choosers, it is a free (awesome ) website.

Thank you dylanmiles, I got it off of eBay and it's dead, but was in a very cold mail box all day, so I'm hoping it's a dead battery and needs charging overnight, or maybe I got a bad one, but they have a return policy. I can always buy another, I waited for about a month and a half before purchasing and just want it to work, lol .

did anyone's fitbit take a long time to charge when you first got it? anyway to tell it's actually charging, or should I just be patient and wait to check on it tomorrow after it has charged overnight ?
  22. Same here, love the cuties!
  23. Great news! Did you find out what the soreness was from?
