  5. Yes, the work wonderfully! IMO...get one! My best to you on our journey...keep us posted! Take care.
  6. I had the exact same pain about the same time post surgery. I contacted my PA and she suggested that I use a heating pad or put a heating patch (pick up at Walgreens or Walmart) on the area that hurts and then wear my belly binder over the patch, the patches last about eight hours. IMO this worked like a champ! Did this for about a day and a half. My best to you, I hope you feel better soon!

  9. Dr. Nicholson is wonderful!!!! I was a self-pay on 6/19 and I travelled from Minneapolis! Great experience, so very happy I chose him!!
  10. I was sleeved by Dr. Nicholson and the nurses at the Ncholson Clinic made sure that I asked at the Hospital for one before I left. The binder really helped when I moved or coughed in the first weeks of recovery!!! My best to you!
  11. Way to go...how are you feeling?

  14. The nurses at the hospital gave it to me as I was leaving the hospital. It wraps around my abdomen and secures with Velcro. It goes from just under my belly button to the band on my bra. I am sure you could ind one at a pharmacy or medical supply store. I think they might be around $30? It really helped while sleeping and getting up from lying down or form a seated position.
  15. I am praying for you! You will get through this...you are a fighter! Please keep us posted!
  16. You can do it! We are here for you! Many great thoughts your way!
