I use chobani plain Greek yogurt to make my tuna. Ups the protein soo much without the fat from mayo, and tastes great! I also add cayenne pepper, and when I'm cleared I'll add chopped green peppers and onions. Yum!

Hey everyone, My friend is currently two days post op and still in the hospital and she's having some bad gas pains. Walking and drinking tea are not helping at all. Does anyone have any other suggestions to try and relieve the pain? She's willing to try different stretching positions. Thanks.

I love seeing stories like this, especially from AA sleevers because I can relate to them more.
