  13. Right after surgery, it took me about an hour to get through a medicine cup of water (20 mg) It just takes awhile and you have to sip sip sip. Sometimes you take in too much liquid at a time and then it can hurt.

  15. To go back to something like Zumba I was about six weeks out... At three weeks I was doing about ten minutes on the elliptical and speed walking around the block.
  16. That's a great goal to have, just stay hydrated!!!
  17. I weigh weekly, some people weigh monthly, others only weigh when they go to the Dr. checkups. Just don't weigh yourself daily... you will drive yourself crazy. I also don't weigh on the week during my cycle, because I always stall that week and don't want to get depressed.
  18. We lose hair because of a lack of protein... biotin stimulates hair growth by pumping you with the nutrients that help improve hair and nails. It won't stop the hair loss, but it will slow it down and stimulate new growth, plus it will improve the quality of the hair you do have. It's up to each individual if they want to take it... it was recommended by my Dr. so I decided to try it and I haven't been counting every strand, but the amount of hair in my hand after shampooing is decreasing.
  19. I got the extra strength Biotin from Sam's Club. I could not swallow a pill for about four weeks so I would crush it up and take it. Some people can take pills, I wasn't one of them. At four months out, I have no issues taking pills.

  23. Get patches!!! I get motion sickness almost everytime I am not driving myself.
  24. Everybody is different... but usually the rule of thumb is the more weight you have to lose the quicker it comes off. I have lost 62 pounds in 4 months, but I had more weight to lose than you.
