14 Weeks Post-Op: Hair Falling Out!

Help! I was kinda expecting this but my hair has really thinned out and continues to knot and fall out in clumps. Any advice?!

I started taking Biotin vitamins they have dissolvable \ chewable at cvs pharmacy. It's helping. Also stay on top of your multi vitamins, proteins. Hope it gets better.

Make sure you get you protein and vitamins. I take biotin daily and I also use nioxin shampoo.

Does biotin supplements really help with the hair loss? I have heard mixed reviews on this site. There is some biotin in my Multivitamin.

Yes for me it does, I take a separate dose of it on top of my other Vitamins and for a month now I've noticed a big difference and even others notice too without me saying anything.
