Last night was one of the highlights of my weight loss journey...this is a pic of my 18 year old daughter and I sharing my pre surgery pants...that didn't need to be tied to stay up before my sleeve! 20 pounds away from goal [ATTACH]5624[/ATTACH]

It hasn't been to bad...my husband said its bouncing back better then he thought it would ...of course I'm more critical of myself..but I have walked walked walked and lifted more weights then I ever thought possible to keep up on it...and of course my weight was all hips and booty

Let's face it this is real life. You will have birthday party's there will be cake and cookies..your sleeve is a tool don't abuse it and it will work for you thought I'd share.. No one promised it would be easy.. They just promised it would be worth it!

For the sonic slush...the syrup they use is sugar free...however their slush base is sugar water and ice...I know this because I would have loved to have one! Just an FYI
