How Much Weight Loss Expected

If I only have 75 lbs to lose what would be my expected weight loss per week. (I'm 5'5" with a heart condition. Weighed 210 & lost 10 on liver reduction; had sleeve surgery on 9-26-12 & have lost 10 lbs since surgery which was 16 days ago.) Just wondering what I'll weigh for the holidays!

Everybody is different... but usually the rule of thumb is the more weight you have to lose the quicker it comes off. I have lost 62 pounds in 4 months, but I had more weight to lose than you.

I have 110 to lose and I have already lost 50 in 7 weeks.

I have lost 11 and my surgery was the 24th Sept.

As stated above, weight loss is different with everyone. My starting weight was higher than yours (270) but by the time I was 3 months out I had lost 50 lbs already. Good luck!
