I might have a bite here or there, but I never make a serving for myself.

Not sure if this answers your question. There is a lady out there who has a blog with great WLS recipes.

She has some Protein ice cream recipes.

So I would say yes (but everything in moderation).

Is it ever allowed? Low fat? Frozen yogurt? Any form?

Healthy Choice has a frozen Greek Yogurt that comes in vanilla Bean & Blueberry. It is amazing!! Only 100 calories and 9 grams of Protein. Great treat!!
