  1. I made these tonight & thought I would share. Delicious! And good for you smushy food eaters. :-) http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/tuna_patties/
  2. I liked lasagna ones but I LOVED the taco ones! Throw a little FF sour cream & salsa on it & it's delicious. Ooh! And a little Avacado. Yum!
  3. I didn't pay attention to a lite version. :-/ But the stats say: Serving size is 3 pieces (3 sliders) 60 grams 140 calories Fat: 1.5 Sodium: 380 Total carb: 26g Dietary fiber: 4 g Sugars: 2 g Protein: 8
  4. Thanks y'all! I've got almost 100 pounds still to get to goal but, wow! This feels great. At this point I'm blowing out of clothes really quick. I know that it's about to get SUPER hard.
  5. May 18th: went into surgery @ 288 Down to 241 today. -47 pounds. Size 18. Pre-surgery diet dropped 50 pounds. Started at 338 & size 30. Down 97 pounds & 6 sizes. I work out 5 days a week.
  6. I started lifting & exercising 5 months before my surgery. I lost 50 pounds Pre op. I exercised 5 days a week for about an hour & a half. 30-45 minutes on elliptical or treadmill & 45 minutes on weights. I do low weights with lots of repetition so I don't build bulk, just toning. I bounced back quickly after surgery. Walked at the hospital every hour (when I woke up to pee) & kept walking when I got home. I struggled a week after I got home cuz I couldn't walk far without getting exhausted. After 6 weeks my doctor cleared me to go back to my regular exercise program. I'm down 47 pounds since surgery. Date: 5-18-12. So, 97 pounds total. And down 6 sizes in clothes. :-)
  7. Have you guys tried these? The Flat Out sliders are perfect serving sizes for us.
  8. I use 1 vanilla Protein shake scoop, Splenda, sugar free French vanilla creamer & a half a package of Starbucks via. I mix with 6 oz of Water in a Blender Bottle. Shake shake shake & add ice. Delicious!! This is my favorite recipe so far.
  9. Thanks!! I'm much less discouraged. :-)
  10. Just wanted to update ya'll. I took the suggestions & incorporated them. In the last 6 days I've lost 11.5 more pounds. I can't thank you all enough for the advice & support. :-) PS: I could use more friends on My Fitness Pal, my MFP name is (shocker) KristieAtkinson.
  11. I haven't been tolerating spicy food but Hot & Sour doesn't bother me! So, yeah, me!! :-)
  12. I'm not sure. I think frozen would work cuz its smooshy when you make the crust but never tried it.
  13. When I struggle to get Protein in, I choke down a half a tube of these. They sell them at Wal Mart. I only do 1/2 cuz your body can not process more than 30 protein at a time. Any extra I passed out of the body. They are sour, but small so it's easier to get down. Watch the other brands cuz they can have less protein & you will have to drink the whole shot to get the same content as 1/2 a New whey.
  14. When I take too many types of meds too close together, my body feels like its dumping & I get really sick. I've thrown up twice from that. I would do as suggested ^^ and take them farther apart.
  15. Thanks guys, I'm gonna shake up my work out routine & hit the gym harder. Refocus on protein & see what happens. I'll keep you posted on what happens. Any additional advice is always welcomed!! :-)
  16. I do elliptical for 35 minutes a day & alternate weights & swimming laps every other day. I keep my heart rate up in the fat burn reading on the machine. I'm getting 64 oz or more every day. I know I should be pleased with 85 pounds but being stuck for a month after surgery is making me crazy. I'm afraid I'm missing something.
  17. I need advice. I think I'm losing my mind! I've been stuck for going on 5 weeks now. I've checked the other stall threads & tried everything that I've seen. Sleeve date: 5-18-12 I lost 20 pounds in the first two weeks. Plateaued for 2 weeks. Scales has been up & down a pound or two at a time. Finally managed to move 15 more pounds. Plateaued again at 6 weeks out. Now 5 weeks on another plateau. So, to recap, I'm now 10 weeks out at 35 pounds lost. I keep trying to convince myself that more is going to come off but I'm terrified that I will be stuck at 249 (251) forever. Nothing I do seems to help. More calories, less calories, more protein, less protein, more exercise or less. I've also tried more & less carbs, and increasing water. I tried the 5 day pouch test & Little Miss Diva's boot camp. Still nothing. Just the same up & down. PS: I lost 50 pounds Pre-op. So total, I'm down 85 pounds. My thyroid has been checked & it's normal. I'm eating 600-800 calories (increased to 1200 once at doctors suggestion), carbs 15-40, low fat, 70-100 protein & 8-10 glasses of water. Someone please help me, I'm getting desperate. :-(
  18. If you add about an inch of cold water to your protein in a separate cup & stir with a fork before you add the hot coffee it doesn't clump. I do the same for iced coffee, and use a blender bottle sometimes too. I hate the clumpies! Hope that helps. I'm gonna have to try Starbucks.
  19. Attaching a picture of the recipe. I can't copy & paste from my phone.
  20. I made the cauliflower pizza. It was delicious! http://www.recipegirl.com/2012/01/16/cauliflower-crust-hawaiian-pizza/
  21. Made this pizza today. It is super delicious!! Yummy.
  22. I love iced coffee & it's delicious. I also have the Kuerig iced coffee cups in French vanilla.
