  3. Well it's been one whole year since my VSG surgery! It literally saved my life! I'm down 84 lbs!
  4. Well it's been one whole year since I had My VSG surgery! I was like most of you, scared to death but trust me, it will be thee best decision you will ever make and it will forever change your quality of life. I am down 84 lbs and on my 5'1 frame thats a huge amount of weight!! I'm also off all medications for type 2 diabetes and high BP !! I'm a brand new person!! I can cross my legs, I can walk without getting winded, I no longer sweat when it's cold and I am no longer embarrassed for people to see me eat or look at the contents of my shopping cart! Life is amazing now!! For all of you who are still undecided, take my advice and Do it!! You won't be disappointed!! I'm not!!

  6. It's very normal to have fear before surgery, especially when it's elective surgery. But just know this will be one of thee best decisions you will ever make! I'm 8 months post op and down 78lbs! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I made this decision! Keep thinking about all the wonderful things you will be able to do after you lose your weight! Good luck and God bless! I'll be praying for your speedy recovery!!

  8. Yes this is a pic of my legs crossed!!! This feels so wonderful after not being able to do this for sooo many years!!! I'm 7 1/2 months postop and down 78 lbs!! Forgive me! I couldn't resist the pic! Hehe
  9. 6 1/2 months post op! Starting weight 238.8 Current weight 168.4 70 lb loss My before and so far pic!!
  10. They Gummies i take are the Calcium Citrate not the multi vitamin. My multi vitamin is a chewable with all the vitamins needed and it tastes really good.. These were 100% recommended by my surgeon and nutritionist and after 6 months my labs were perfect so these are working for me.
  11. Here's what I take. I'm 6 1/2 months post op and doing wonderful.. Have taken these about 8 months now and the taste is not bad at all..
  12. I'm 5 1/2 months post op.. Lost 69 lbs!
  13. July would make us all 5 months post op :-) I was sleeved on July 9 and am down 68.4 lbs! Here's my before and "so far" pic!
  14. I have been taking these since day one of my preop diet. I also take two Synthroid tablets and a Prilosec tablet everyday. I have had no issues taking these pills even day of surgery I took them.
  15. They are not bad at all! The bariatric one is berry flavored and easy to chew. I have tried a few and this one is the best!

  17. Had my surgery on July 9th and have lost 68 glorious pounds!! Only 40 more to go! I feel 20 years younger!! For anyone with doubts, hang in there! It is so worth it!!
  18. I'm 5 months out and I have 2 cups regular coffee everyday. My surgeon said as long as I can tolerate it I can drink it. I'm down 65lbs and have about 40 to go!!
