First Fill?
I haven't been banded yet but from what ive gathered after surgery there is swelling so some people feel restriction but dome don't depending on you amount of swelling this time between surgery and your first fill is "bandster hell" because once the swelling hoed down you have your appetite back with no restriction so you are basically using will power and learning what and how you can eat everyones body reacts differently to the band I'm hoping I have lost of restriction in the beginning but you wont know until you go through it hope I helped some

Woohoo I Found A Protein Shake I Like
I have been having the hardest time finding a Protein drink that I can tolerate(sensitive stomach) that I can use. It had to be really low carb(diabetes), low fat, high in Protien and taste really great...the verdict: I like EAS advantedge carb control protien shakes....now let's just see if I still like them after drinking them for 4 weeks straight( smile) wish me luck

I tend to add people that have similar sitautions to mine. It makes it easy to follow thier post I love to read certian people(shout out to NWGirl)because their post are always very informative, encouraging, and optimistic. so I do add people somtimes if something in the posted really registered with me no one will think your are wierd somedays you need an Army of supporters and somedays it feels good to know how you are feeling is NORMAL...

So How Honest Were You....
I notice a lot of people that said they told everyone have loss a lot of weight. Did you tell everyone BEFORE you started being successful or even before your actual surgery date? I think I would shout it from the tallest building if I have lost a large amount of weight I would be so proud but in the begin it's too much outside pressure So did you tell everyone immediately
