Bad Day

Even though I'm within my 900 calorie a day allowance I don't feel like I made the best food choices today. I feel heavy and blah..!

Just wanted to vent that, I know some one else is going thru the same thing.. Your not alone!

900 calories is really a very small amount, why so low??

I do understand what you are saying, because I know better now. If I make some poor food choices but stay in line on myfitnesspal guidelines, I am happy to not over do fats, sugar or carbs but I am unhappy 'cause I want to eat healthier. I sometimes feel obsessed with food now, I hope it will be a temporary thing! I just want to get healthy!!!

I do think it is healthy that you are starting to see the difference. I mean, "Before and after" eating style, we are not the same as we used to be! Thank God.....

Good days and bad days we all have them Tomorrows. A new day use how you feel now as s reminder of the importants of good choices good to vent just don't beat yourself up

I hear ya! I have had a lot of bad days lately...but I always remember that tomorrow is a new day!

Don't beat yourself up about it. We are all learning and struggling but we are doing better than we were.
