  1. I have been very tired lately I'm going to take a brake till next year I just run a marathon and having a hard time recuperating

I was banded at the end of June I was 198, I don't know what I expected but it has been very slow I'm now 167 I'm a Cyclest I ride between 75 to 125 miles a week I'm Also running, my Dr said that my body is holding on to everything to much exercise and to little calories consumed so I need to slow down on the exercise crazy, one good thing I was shopping my daughter gave a pair of pants to try on from Jcrew and I loved how they fit when I looked they were size 6!!' I asked for a different pair thinking the were missed label but the other ones fit as good is just the scale that is moving very slowly

I'm not sure but it wasn't much before but this time she gave me 1-1/2 cc because I've been complaining that I'm not loosing weight I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I exercise like crazy I'm a Cyclest I ride between 25 and 50 miles a day over 100 a week plus I go to the gym but since surgery 3 months ago I've only lost 22 lbs
  4. I got my third fill yesterday and its to tight I can't even hold water and today it's a holiday so I can not see my dr until tomorrow at 1:30 so basically I can't eat or drink

I only had 1 week after surgery of liquids I skipped mashed food my Dr told me it was ok I guess everyone is different I had bake potatoes, soups and pasta no meat and it worked for me I started exercising 2 1/2 weeks after surgery I'm a Cyclest so I needed to eat . Just listen to your Dr and your body and don't over do it I'm sure everything will be ok
  6. I was self pay did not go to a seminar I had my surgery with in a month from my first visit with the Dr

I was banded on June 25th and have no restrictions I started my journey at 198 I've only lost 20 lbs and I hate that I can see and feel my port , the Dr told me that we might have to change it to a smaller one I hope so I hate that I can see it , I'm getting my first fill on August 14 I can't wait because I can eat anything I want I'm just glad I'm not gaining weight but I'm not loosing either so I'm in need of my first fill
  8. I use vitamin E I brake the capsule and put it on my scar
  9. I'm 2 weeks post op tomorrow and today I took my bike out for a 20 mile ride I took it easy average of 16mph and it felt good so I guess it's ok
  10. 6 days post op, days 1-4 clear liquids after that , 2 weeks of full liquids but I had a small bake potato with sour dream I ate it slowly wondering if anything would happen I don't know what I expected obviously nothing happened but I pretty much skipped full liquids I weighted myself this morning I did not loose or gained stayed the same 20 lbs off since preop I'm finding this very hard to do plus no one knows I had this surgery I can only vent in this forum
