I have been very tired lately I'm going to take a brake till next year I just run a marathon and having a hard time recuperating

I was banded at the end of June I was 198, I don't know what I expected but it has been very slow I'm now 167 I'm a Cyclest I ride between 75 to 125 miles a week I'm Also running, my Dr said that my body is holding on to everything to much exercise and to little calories consumed so I need to slow down on the exercise crazy, one good thing I was shopping my daughter gave a pair of pants to try on from Jcrew and I loved how they fit when I looked they were size 6!!' I asked for a different pair thinking the were missed label but the other ones fit as good is just the scale that is moving very slowly- I Think My Band Is Too Tight....
I'm not sure but it wasn't much before but this time she gave me 1-1/2 cc because I've been complaining that I'm not loosing weight I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and I exercise like crazy I'm a Cyclest I ride between 25 and 50 miles a day over 100 a week plus I go to the gym but since surgery 3 months ago I've only lost 22 lbs- I Think My Band Is Too Tight....
I got my third fill yesterday and its to tight I can't even hold water and today it's a holiday so I can not see my dr until tomorrow at 1:30 so basically I can't eat or drink- Freaking Out! Messed Up On The Liquid Diet.
I only had 1 week after surgery of liquids I skipped mashed food my Dr told me it was ok I guess everyone is different I had bake potatoes, soups and pasta no meat and it worked for me I started exercising 2 1/2 weeks after surgery I'm a Cyclest so I needed to eat . Just listen to your Dr and your body and don't over do it I'm sure everything will be ok- Self-Pay How Soon Can I Have The Surgery?
I was self pay did not go to a seminar I had my surgery with in a month from my first visit with the Dr- 6 Weeks Post Op
I was banded on June 25th and have no restrictions I started my journey at 198 I've only lost 20 lbs and I hate that I can see and feel my port , the Dr told me that we might have to change it to a smaller one I hope so I hate that I can see it , I'm getting my first fill on August 14 I can't wait because I can eat anything I want I'm just glad I'm not gaining weight but I'm not loosing either so I'm in need of my first fill- Scars, What Did You Do?
I use vitamin E I brake the capsule and put it on my scar- What Exercises Are Ok???
I'm 2 weeks post op tomorrow and today I took my bike out for a 20 mile ride I took it easy average of 16mph and it felt good so I guess it's ok- I Cheated
6 days post op, days 1-4 clear liquids after that , 2 weeks of full liquids but I had a small bake potato with sour dream I ate it slowly wondering if anything would happen I don't know what I expected obviously nothing happened but I pretty much skipped full liquids I weighted myself this morning I did not loose or gained stayed the same 20 lbs off since preop I'm finding this very hard to do plus no one knows I had this surgery I can only vent in this forum- Is Diarrhea Normal?

Thank you all for your input it helps to know I'm not the only one, and great for the ones that theirs are hidden my BMI is also low I'm seeing my Dr for my first PO visit on Monday, on a lighter note 20 lbs down- Can You See Your Port?
I'm wondering I'm 5 days post op I can see a bump where my port is if I put a shirt I can still see it is that normal will the swelling go down?or will I have a bump for ever I'm sure people would wonder what the hell is wrong with my stomach it looks like I have a cyst, please tell me is normal and it will go down- Banded On June 25Th

Surgery went well got to the hospital at 6:30 a.m and home by 1:30 p.m a little nausea first day but it was only gas hard to move around 2nd day much better hardly any gas pain and today my 3rd day post op and I feel pretty good II may venture out today I have lost 17lbs since preop but the growling in my stomach is crazy I've only had like 4oz of chicken broth Popsicles and water I don't know if I should be taking protein I bought the liquid protein 2 tps is 18grms of protein I hate the protein shakes so I rather take it like medicine. How soon did anyone started protein after surgery?- Day 2 Post Op

I'm 5.3 1/2 and my consultation weight was 198 I just had surgery yesterday and my pre surgery weight was 184 after the liquid diet but I also was self pay so basically if you pay you can have it- Surgery Tomorrow
I have lost 14 lbs so far my surgery is tomorrow a little nervous and also I just can't wait to be able to eat again- Wheres My June Bandsters??
Good for you I'm in my 4th day also lost 6 pounds already and I'm starving It's very hard my surgery is on the 25th I- Wheres My June Bandsters??
