  1. I ran out of Prevacid and to save money I bought a generic form of Zantac. Since I did this my stomach feels like its eating itself. I am nauseous and don't want to eat. Everything makes me bloat and hurt and gurgle. Anyone else think it might be the change in antacids? Sent from my iPhone using VST

  4. I realize these might sound silly but I've never had any kind of period related symptoms before but maybe once or twice jn my entire life. So, I'm sitting here feeling very blah (have a cold too), bloated like crazy and not feeling like doing much. Is this typical TOM stuff? The scale hasn't moved in three days either. I assume this is all normal during this happy week too? little teeny bit of cramping and I'm three days in... Just how it is? Sent from my iPhone using VST

  6. I have to admit, there have been times I have thought even with the surgery I would never ever lose weight or be thinner again. And here I am, 50.2 lbs gone post op in 11.5 weeks!!! I am half way to goal!!! I weighed in this morning at 189.8! Incredible.... Hang in there everyone, stalls do break and the weight does come off!!! Have faith Sent from my iPhone using VST

  10. The last few days I have had one and on occasion a grand total of two of those little pretzel twists per day. I know that in the big picture it's quite a small thing, but I feel guilty anyway lol Am I doing a detriment to myself with this? I think an entire serving is like 10. Am I ok? 12. Sleeved 3/6 and down nearly 44 lbs. getting in my Protein but not so great on Water the past week. I vow to do better! I started taking slow fe Iron this past week but I'm still tired. Taking all of my vites and all of that so I'm kind if confused. I just haven't wanted to exercise the last week or so either. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using VST
