  1. Totally happens to me when I eat too fast! Terrible
  2. Checking in 193 (down 3!)
  3. Agree! It's probably deydration, but you should call the doc just in case.
  4. i think 600 cal/day is probably too little. can you try having some protein drinks to get your protein in, etc?
  5. I had band with plication done in late May. I was the one who asked my doc about it, and since it's still new, he put me into his trial. I stayed overnight at the hospital. I have had 1 fill so far and getting my 2nd fill in a week. I would haven already gotten a 2nd fill last month, but I had to cancel my appointment unexpectedly.
  6. i know it's hard, but every little bit helps. are you tracking your calories? i use myfitnesspal.com
  7. I think it all depends on how you feel and what your doc says. I think there are quite a few people who are at goal, but still "overweight" according to their BMI. Does your doc know about your goal weight?
  8. you can do it! i'm sure the doc has seen many people "fall off the wagon." i'm glad you're going back to the doc. you're taking a step in the right direction.
  9. Hi. What were the symptoms of the dilation? How did the doc know? Just curious
  10. Checking in at 196 (down 1lb)
  11. I had SILS in May. I was feeling a lot better on day 5. Good luck!
  12. I can't believe they didn't tell you! Wow. I had the band w/ plication in May.

  14. I'm not sure. Ive never had severe neck pain after a stuck episode. Hope you're feeling better soon! How long does the pain last? Maybe it's something to discuss with your doc?
  15. Hang in there. It does get better. I know it can be discouraging because we all expect to lose quickly. I hit a plateau from week 3 - week 9 post op. Then I lost 5 lbs in 1 week. So, just keep at it and it will happen.
  16. I was very lucky to just have single incision surgery. Healed without issue. Small scar in my belly button.
  17. I've noticed my band is usually a lot tighter after exercise, especially if I do a hard cardio workout like running. In fact, I did 5 miles today in the early evening and I got stuck while trying to eat dinner (food that usually I don't have a problem with). So...who knows? Glad I'm not the only one!
  18. I 'caved' and ate a donut at work a couple of weeks ago. I was so SICK for hours afterwards. So, now I know...I won't ever do that again!
  19. awesome work everyone!
