After the doctor completed a few of her medical techniques in office I was like brand new. She states that it was causing acid reflux bad. And she was right.

  11. I wish you the very best. Thus far I never regret doing the surgery. I needed this lifestyle change, I needed this tool to get me where I want to be in my weigh loss journey. I enjoy the compliments and attention that I have gained. I hear it's normal to feel the way you do but remember you made this decision. Lapband Talk Forum is here to support you along the way but you must reach out for the support.
  12. You should be doing the following: Journaling or logging your meals Journaling or logging your exercise Are you active enough? Are you doing what you should? Attending support meeting/groups for lapband Discussing your concerns with your doctor. Before going to doctor I write down all my questions and concerns. When he ask if I have any....I tell him to brace himself. Remember, this is your lifestyle change and you have to live with it.
