Eating After Exercise

Recommended Posts

Afternoon from Texas Yall!

Does anyone else have the experience that you can not eat after exeercise?

Im doing C25K 3 days a week and normally just walk 2 additional days. On the days that I do C25K I can not get afterwards. Not sure if its because joggin moves my insides around so much or what the heck is going on.

Anyone else experience this?

I've never been able to eat much after exercise. I do it on purpose - run or go to bootcamp and work HARD right before dinner!

I don't have any appetite after Zumba for hours. Just don't want to eat. Maybe our insides swell from being active with heart pumping? Who knows. I just drink a lot of Water.< /p>

I am always starving after exercise, especially swimming. Sometimes I wish I couldn't eat afterwards.

I've noticed my band is usually a lot tighter after exercise, especially if I do a hard cardio workout like running. In fact, I did 5 miles today in the early evening and I got stuck while trying to eat dinner (food that usually I don't have a problem with). So...who knows? Glad I'm not the only one!

I workout 8:30 at night and weekend early mornings so it doesn't affect so much. But I do use Protein recovery shakes.< /p>

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
