I have 6.4 cc in a 11cc band. Now I wanna say I can eat what I usually eat(lapband diet foods) with ease...my issu is I am really not ever hungry though..Is it good to eat even though your not hungry??I do it to get my nourishment and I dnt eat very much at all.I also log my food on myfitnesspal too.Just to keep up with what Im eating.I barely get 600 cals a day.So is this considered the ''Green Zone"?
