  1. I'm paying $14,000. Breakdown is: $4000 for surgeon, $1000 for anesthesiologist, $9000 for hospital

  7. My surgeon required me to quit. I'm on day 12 of no smoking. It hasn't been easy, and smoking is on my mind a lot. I'm using the patch...and Charms suckers, lol. My husband also quit to support me. My surgeon told me that besides the healing issues, that smoking also makes you prone to stomached ulcers and having ulcers in a stomache the size of a banana is not a good thing.

  9. I'm self pay, all I am paying is $14000. Which is for surgeon, anthestologist, and hospital. The price you're being told you have to pay is crazy!
