  1. Zumba is my new addiction..it could be worst.
  2. I think I am back to "normal" but my normal includes exercise. I don't get very hungry anymore. My surgery was March 2012. I have lost about 42 pounds. I want to loose about 20 more pounds..there are foods I no longer eat, nor do I want to eat..my normal is working for me. I don't want to be the fat girl again.
  3. As a new skinny girl I won't miss wearing a size 16. I exercise, I wear little summer dresses, and I Love it.....
  4. We all have had those days. I swear it gets better. One day you will wake up smiling and not feeling like crap. I know this because it happened to me. It takes time to figure it all out, but you will. Give yourself a break and start to enjoy the process.
  5. Any surgery is scary, I was so scared that I would die, but guess what I survived and you will to. Best of luck. Say a prayer and relax. This surgery changed my life and it will change yours as well.
  6. I did not realize how much weight I gained until I had surgery and started losing weight.
  7.    Kristy reacted to a post in a topic: 14 Months Post Op
  8. I took off 3 weeks. I needed every bit of it. You really have to get use to eating again because it is so different after surgery.
